My role and responsibilities include the following:

Visual/Graphic Designer
Created visual solutions for all creative marketing projects; video, web, large and small scale print. Presented to senior management and global teams. Conveyed concepts clearly and concisely and won buy-in for a creative solutions from sales, consumer marketing, channel marketing and social teams regionally.

Production Management 
Reviewed asset requests from eCommerce, social, content, channel marketing departments and delegated to the design team. Developed a work in progress system together with a briefing process to ensure optimum creative output and time management. The design team works to tight deadlines and has never missed a completion date.

Collateral Portal Management
A channel marketing tool that allows the sales team access to ready to use collateral such as social media, web and print graphics. Designed this site on SharePoint, it allows direct download of mp4’s, jpegs and print-ready pdfs. This became an invaluable tool for the sales and channel marketing teams. Supplying the sales teams with graphic assets well in advance of requirement, dramatically reduced the design requests which in turn streamlines work in progress process.

Design Program Training 
Kept the team up to date on graphic program best practices and new program learning by creating videos showing step by step how to apply techniques to current graphic assets. By supplying a video that can be re-watched and paused at areas of difficulty gave the team the tools to develop and learn independently. 

US Teams Collaboration
Engaged with the US teams to ensure that the team are up to date on any brand developments and leverage global campaigns and artwork sharing.
